Peeping Tom, 37, Films Inside Stranger's Home In Dumont, Police Say
A 37-year-old Dumont man was lodged in the Bergen County Jail on accusations he approached someone's front door and began filming the inside of their home, authorities said. Christian Ferrer was identified as the suspect who went up to the door of a stranger's home and used a cell phone to film inside the home, Dumont Police Detective Lt. Luke Totten said. Ferrer was charged with criminal trespass and stalking. He was lodged in the Bergen County Jail.

Basketball Coach Entered Girls' Locker Room, Inappropriately Messaged Teens: Hudson Prosecutor
A high school basketball coach in Hudson County was arrested after authorities said he went into a girls' locker room and sent inappropriate messages to three teen girls on social media. Memorial High School coach Ariel Alava, 41, of West New York, went into the locker room after a football game in Jersey City on Jan. 27, 2022, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. A 19-year-old Morristown man accused last December of sexually assaulting four teen victims is facing new charges for trying to run a child porn distribution ring using material he secretly recorded of his victims, authorities said. Ruben Gonzalez conspired with others between Dec. 2, 2020 and Nov. 5, 2021 in an effort to use the Telegram app to coordinate the distribution of child porn, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Ex-Cape May City Councilman has been sentenced to 45 days behind bars for stalking a former girlfriend, NJ Advance Media reported. Christopher Bezaire, who pleaded guilty to charges of stalking a former girlfriend and contempt of court, told the outlet that he resigned from the council last November. A Central Jersey EMT who admitted secretly recording people in rescue squad bathrooms for years was sentenced to three months in county jail, authorities said Tuesday. Douglas B. A former Palisades High School math teacher and athletic coach is facing one year behind bars for secretly taking upskirt photos of female students and sharing them online with the intention to masturbate to them, authorities said.
