Ex-penn State Frat Leaders Sentenced For Hazing Bergen Student To Death: PA AG The former president and vice president of a frat at Penn State have been sentenced in connection with the death of a student from New Jersey, Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry announced on Tuesday, Oct. 1.  Timothy "Tim" J. Murder IN Mahwah: Arrest Made In NYC UPDATE: A trio of New York City police officers helped capture a 23-year-old Mahwah man who authorities said fled after shooting his roommate dead Monday night. Milan Ghimire was nabbed in the Bronx by members of the NYPD Emergency Services Unit after killing 56-year-old Phu Tsewang, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said Tuesday. The two men worked together at a local gas station, the prosecutor said. Ghimire remained held at the 45th Precinct in the Bronx and will be held pending extradition proceedings.
