The incident occurred at the Tonnelle Center complex on Tonnelle Avenue. Police issued a traffic advisory for 81st Street and Tonnelle Avenue as fire companies worked to clear the scene. Oguh, 39, died early on the morning of April 22 when his car slid under the truck as it was pulling into a McDonald's parking lot on Rt. 22.
