Detectives Nab Out-Of-State Dealers In Teaneck With Coke, Loaded Guns, $25G: Prosecutor
Three Massachusetts men were carrying several ounces of cocaine, two loaded handguns and $25,515 in suspected drug money when they were stopped in Teaneck, authorities said.
Narcotic Task Force detectives had learned that Kelvin Perez, 36, Brayan Lebron, 23, and Joseph Espinal, 22, all of Lawrence, MA were “transporting bulk amounts of suspected narcotics, weapons, and money derived from criminal activity” through the area, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Espinal works as a security guard, and the other two are unemployed, the prosecutor said.

An international ring of identity thieves stole $1.3 million worth of vehicles and watercraft from dealerships in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Massachusetts using fraudulently obtained digital driver's licenses, authorities charged.
Nine defendants used the stolen identities of U.S. citizens in Puerto Rico -- along with fake Puerto Rico driver’s licenses, Social Security cards, debit cards and birth certificates -- to obtain the licenses from motor vehicle agencies in Jersey City and North Bergen, Acting New Jersey Attorney General Andrew J. Joseph "Joe" Richard May, 94, formerly of Chatham, passed away of natural causes on July 26.
He was at the home of his son David in Corona, CA, where he moved recently after losing vision in one eye. He is reunited in Heaven with Martha Jane May, his wife of 50 years who passed away in 2009.
Born in Ridgewood to bridge designer Joseph Otto and Marcella Mary (Urell) May on June 29, 1926, he was the youngest of three children.

Massachusetts Man, 20, Charged In Shooting, Stabbing Outside Paterson Home
One of two men who police said shot at and repeatedly stabbed an 18-year-old Paterson man in the stomach earlier this month was in custody, authorities announced Friday.
Jefferson Acosta, 20, of Lawrence, MA was arrested Thursday on Market Street in connection with the Feb. 6 assault at a North 4th Street home, Massachusetts, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora said in a joint announcement.
The victim had received a text telling him to come outside, where gunshots were fired at his feet and he was stabbed, responders said at the time.
