NJ Worker Dies In Ladder, HVAC Accident In PA: State Police
A 66-year-old New Jersey man died in a work-related accident involving a ladder and an HVAC unit at Kings Village in Norwegian Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania State Police announced. The incident occurred at a Family Dollar store located at 44 Kings Village at 11:09 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024, police said. Lyndhurst PD: Ex-Con From Nutley Retrieving Impounded SUV Dumps Stolen Goods Behind HQ
An ex-con abandoned an SUV on a Lyndhurst street after burglarizing a nearby home, then stashed the goods behind police headquarters when he came to claim the vehicle, authorities said. Officers responding to the 400 block of Valley Brook Avenue found a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe registered to James Defazio, 43, of Nutley, Detective Lt. Vincent Auteri said.
