A Maywood resident returned to her apartment on Tuesday, Nov. 19, to find a light on in the rear bedroom and assumed her husband was home, authorities said. Instead, an unknown man emerged, fled through the bedroom window, and left the Howcroft Road apartment ransacked, according to Maywood Police Chief Terence Kenny. A 28-year-old Fort Lee man is facing multiple charges following a hit-and-run accident that left a teenager seriously injured last month, authorities said. Hugo R.
