Released under New Jersey's bail reform law, 32-year-old Anthony Burks was stopped by city detectives Thursday afternoon on Lodi Street, Capt. Officer C. Lara-Nunez recognized the name of 32-year-old Anthony Burks on the Hackensack Municipal Court summonses found between the car seats, Capt. Peter Busciglio said.
