John O'Sullivan -- author of "Changing the Game: The Parent's Guide to Raising Happy, High Performing Athletes, and Giving Youth Sports Back to our Kids" -- will discuss youth sports, and how to address how ultra-competitive they've become.

O'Sullivan founded the Changing the Game Project in 2012, "in order to help parents, coaches and youth sports organizations create a more child-centered sports experience for young athletes," a flyer notes.

The presentation will be from 7-9 p.m. in the Benjamin Franklin Middle School Auditorium, 335 North Van Dien Ave.
