Valastro, of Montville, who owns and operates Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, Ridgewood and Westfield, failed a breath test after officers topped him for swerving through traffic between 20th and 32nd streets, the report says.
Police told NBC New York that the Little Ferry native was “unsteady on his feet” when he got out of the car. They also said his face was flushed and his eyes bloodshot.
Valastro was being held at central booking in Manhattan for an arraignment.
