Ridgewood t-bone crash sends van onto lawn

YOU SAW IT HERE FIRST: A Chevy Suburban t-boned a Honda Odyssey at a Ridgewood intersection, sending the van onto the front lawn of an East Ridgewood Avenue home, during this afternoon’s rainstorm.

The Suburban’s driver complained of lower back and neck pain and was taken by ambulance to The Valley Hospital after the crash at the corner of South Van Dien Avenue.

Two of the van’s occupants refused medical attention.

Both vehicles were towed away by flatbed tow trucks.

Police were investigating.
