Ridgewood police charge Warren County man with cyber harassment for sexual emails

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: Ridgewood police have charged a Warren County man with cyber-harassment for what they said were sexually explicit emails sent to a village resident.

Detective Douglas Williams arrested 30-year-old Brandon Kuhl of Liberty Township following an investigation and search of the defendant’s home, assisted by Detective Chris McDowell and New Jersey State Police.

Kuhl was released pending a Municipal Court appearance and an analysis of computers seized during the search.
