Police fear for safety of missing Ridgewood man, 27

HAVE YOU SEEN HIM? Ridgewood police are asking the public’s help in finding a 27-year-old village man who they say suffers from a schitzophrenic-type disorder that causes hallucinations.

If you see 6-foot-tall, 200-pound Robert Schreiber, police ask that you call them immediately.

Schrieber has brown hair and eyes and was last reported seen early Wednesday evening wearing a gray t-shirt, black mesh shorts and flip-flop sandals.

Village police have been searching for him, with help from surrounding towns and the State Police Missing Persons Unit.
