The truck, carrying three workers, collided with a Toyota Camry at the intersection of Prospect Street and Durar Avenue around 9 a.m.
The Toyota sustained passenger-side damage but was driven from the scene.
The truck was returned to the village garage and was back on its route after repairs.
There was no immediate word on possible summonses.
