Man urinated on Ridgewood dispatch center door, tried doing same to employees, police say

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: An Elmwood Park man urinated on the front door to the Northwest Bergen Central Dispatch center and then tried doing the same to staffers there, Ridgewood police said.

Richard Karcz, 31, was released on a summons to appear in court on charges of aggravated assault and urinating in public.

Dispatchers watching surveillance cameras spotted Karcz urinating last Wednesday on the front door of their Garber Square facility, in the old Pease Library, police said.
