Police said 14 juveniles were released to their parents and 17 adults — 15 of them charged with underage consumption of alcohol on private property, a violation of municipal ordinance, Ridgewood Police Lt. William Amoruso told CLIFFVIEW PILOT. Two of the others were charged with similar state charges, as well as obstruction, he said.
Nearly all available police from Glen Rock and Ridgewood arrived at the home in the 200 block of Rock Road around 1 a.m., emergency service workers told CLIFFVIEW PILOT this morning. Two of the youths were found passed out in the driveway, they said.
Four ambulances — two from each town — were summoned.
