Stefanie Pennachio, 41, said her car door hit one driven by the person trying to stop her "in a physically aggressive way" as she backed out of a southbound Route 17 Exxon on the Run with her young son in the car on Monday (April 1).
The other driver told police he thought that she was intoxicated.
Pennachio said police ended up giving her a ticket for careless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
