Various consultants are presenting proposals for the four multifamily housing studies covering fiscal impact, traffic, education and municipal infrastructure. The meeting is 5 p.m. in the Court Room at Village Hall.
The Ridgewood Council, with the exception of Deputy Mayor Albert Pucciarelli, voted in November in favor of commissioning a series of studies for a high-density housing proposal. Village officials and Planning Board professionals have already done analysis on everything from infrastructure to schools.
All information is available to the public on the village website, where there is a repository of the Planning Board's multifamily hearing process, Mayor Paul Aronsohn has said.
Hundreds of Ridgewood residents attended council meetings in September, October and November in opposition to the amendment change that would allow high density housing.
