Ridgewood Guild Welcomes Stars For Sixth Annual Film Fest

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — The Ridgewood Guild's sixth annual film festival will be a star-studded, four-night event with movies from more than a dozen countries at E. Ridgewood Avenue's Bowtie Theater.

The April 2016 festival will be complete with a red carpet ceremony, question and answer sessions, an award ceremony, an after party and more. The Ridgewood Guild is also offering student scholarships in honor of the film festival.

"The film festival has grown over the years," said Ridgewood Guild Founding President Anthony Damiano, also the owner of N. Broad Street's Mango Jam.

The only movie The Guild has lined up so far is writer and director Joshua Coates' "Deliver Us From Evil," expected to launch February 2016, Damiano said. The Triton Entertainment film stars Golden Globe and Academy Award-winning actor Eric Roberts.
