The festival showcases award-winning documentaries and filmmakers and is sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the Ridgewood Education Foundation.
On Oct. 14, Reel Voices will present "The Wolfpack." The film follows the Angulo brothers as they are locked away in an apartment and learn about the outside world through films.
On Oct. 23, the festival will screen "Very Semi-Serious," a look behind the iconic New Yorker cartoons. Cartoonist Emily Flake will speak at the screening.
On Nov. 6, there will be a screening of "In the Game" with director Maria Finitzo. The film illustrates the obstacles that a girl's soccer team from inner-city Chicago endures in their quest for higher education.
On Nov. 13, director Lynn True will speak at a screening of "In Transit," a documentary with a series of interconnected vignettes aboard the busiest long-distance train route in the U.S.
Flo's Nook, the library café, will be open from 6:45 to 8 p.m. on festival nights.
Admission is free for "The Wolfpack" and $5 for all other programs. All programs start at 7:30 p.m.
