RIDGEWOOD, N.Y. -- The Friends of the Ridgewood Library welcomes NYT bestselling author Paula McLain to its 27th annual author luncheon on Wednesday, March 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Seasons in Washington Township.
McLain is New York Time's bestselling author of the book "The Paris Wife," which is a fictionalized account of Ernest Hemingway's first marriage.
The author has also published two collections of poetry, along with a memoir about growing up in the foster system, and the novel called, "A Ticket To Ride."
McLain's most recent novel, "Circling the Sun," was released in 2015, which is about transporting readers to Kenya in the 1920s. The main character, Beryl Markham, who is fearless and captivating, is caught up in a passionate love triangle with safari hunter Denys Finch.
