The 7 p.m. session is based on the adult coloring book trend, Levin said.
“People are using coloring books because they want to de-stress, reconnect to themselves and be creative,” said Levin, who put it all together to include interactive vision boards, treasure maps and a 45-minute coloring circle.
A certified reinvention life coach, Levin conducts sessions all over the county as well as via telephone and Skype.
Her sessions are question driven and seek to have participants come up with their own solutions, she said.
“I connect people to themselves in any different stage of life,” she said. “It’s different than therapy because it helps people go from here and now to tomorrow.”
