Although the officer escaped serious injury, whoever threw the bottle will be prosecuted aggressively, Hasbrouck Heights Police Chief Joseph Rinke said. Frankie Harrison, 63, was charged with DWI and careless driving after the 11:45 a.m. June 7 rollover on the westbound highway near the exit ramp for southbound Route 17, Hasbrouck Heights Police Lt. Pedestrian Hit By Tractor-Trailer On Route 17 A 47-year-old Bogota man was hospitalized after being struck by a tractor-trailer on southbound Route 17 in Hackensack, authorities said. It was shortly after 11:30 p.m. Monday, May 15, when Hasbrouck Heights police responded to the incident at their border, Lt. John Behr said. They found the pedestrian alert and conscious in a passenger vehicle that was pulled over on the shoulder, the lieutenant said. The two-alarm fire broke out in the kitchen and quickly spread to the second floor of the Baldwin Terrace home shortly before 5 p.m. An 84-year-old family member met Connors as he arrived and pointed him to the trapped woman on the second floor, Hasbrouck Heights Police Sgt.
