Dalisa Wormack, 40, of Newark, was arrested following the attack near Northern Boulevard and Maple Street in Manhasset on Wednesday, March 19, Nassau County Police said. A 76-year-old woman was seated on a bus stop bench shortly after 1 p.m., waiting for a bus, when Wormack punched her numerous times with a closed fist, according to police. Two good Samaritans came to the victim's aid and stopped the attack. Beware: Weather Service Warns Against Rip-Tide Swimming As Temperatures Rise The National Weather Service is warning that there is a "high risk" of rip tide currents this weekend at New Jersey and Delaware beaches, just as temperatures are expected to climb up into the 90s.
