Suspicious Packages Found At Trump Tower: Nypd Closes Block Of Fifth Avenue The NYPD Emergency Services Unit led the charge to Trump Tower after several suspicious packages reportedly were found early Friday evening. Fifth Avenue from 57th to 56th Street was closed to vehicle and pedestrian traffic following the rush-hour discoveries. The Trumps had just arrived at Bedminster at the time.
