Police Don't Know ID Of Victim Struck, Killed By SUV In Elmwood Park, Seek Public's Help Elmwood Park police asked the public for help Saturday morning identifying a man who was struck and killed the night before on a notorious stretch of Broadway (Route 4) where another man was killed just a month earlier. The victim was struck by an eastbound 2014 Ford Explorer near the 7-Eleven and Orange Avenue around 10 p.m., Police Chief Michael Foligno said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, Foligno said.
