A 31-year-old New Jersey man is facing a sexual abuse charge after allegedly grabbing a Westchester woman inappropriately before trying to pull down her pants, police in Mamaroneck said on Thursday. The Mamaroneck Police Department received a report at approximately 10 p.m. on Tuesday night, regarding a potential domestic dispute in the area of Center Avenue and Mamaroneck Avenue.
