Ridgefield Park Holding Early Bird Basketball Registration

RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. -- Early Bird registration for basketball is ongoing until Aug. 15 for Ridgefield Park Recreation Basketball.

Player evaluations for basketball in Ridgefield Park will be held the first week of November.

Early Bird fee is $50 per child; $40 for each additional child. Fee after Aug. 15 is $55 per child; $45 for each additional.

Boys and girls in grades 3-8 as of September and who live in or attend school in Ridgefield Park, are eligible to register.

Checks should be made payable to Ridgefield Park Board of Recreation. No registrations will be accepted at evaluations.

Mail Early Bird registrations and fees to Ridgefield Park Board of Recreation, 234 Main St., Ridgefield Park.

In-person registration is Friday, Sept. 23, 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 24, 10 a.m.-noon, in the DARE Room, Third floor of Municipal Building (enter on Park Street). First time participants need birth certificates.

All registration forms must be submitted by Oct. 25 to guarantee a spot on a team. Forms and fees received after Sept. 24 are considered late and cost is $60 per child.

The season runs November 2016 through March 2017. Player evaluations will be held the first week of November.
