Detective Joseph Biamonte saw the two arguing in a parked car on Wood-Ridge Avenue yesterday morning, Det. Joseph Rutigliano Jr. said.

He called for backup, and both he and Lt. Michael O’Donnell found 22-year-old John Berman of Wood-Ridge carrying the contraband, Rutigliano said.

Berman was being held on $7,500 bail in the Bergen County Jail, charged with various drug counts, he said, adding that the woman was released without charges.
