Arham and Arsal Mustafa, 20, were being held in the Bergen County Jail pending a detention hearing Wednesday following a court appearance in Hackensack on Saturday.
Both were charged Friday with two counts of criminal sexual contact and Arham Mustafa with two additional counts of sexual assault after the girl told county and borough authorities that the brothers “inappropriately touched her” in Little Ferry, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
Grewal’s Special Victims Unit and Little Ferry police investigated.
