CLIFFVIEW PILOT HAS IT FIRST: Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli’s office has teamed up with a national association, the Parents of Murdered Children, Inc., to create a local support group for loved ones of murder victims. “I’m excited,” charter member Stella Tulli told CLIFFVIEW PILOT. “My deep core is of a helpful nature.”

For Tulli, the timing is more than coincidence: Her sister, Viviana, was strangled by a former boyfriend who then rammed her car into a police blockade a year ago next Tuesday.
Earlier this month, a headstone finally was put in place at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Saddle Brook, thanks to a company that responded to a CLIFFVIEW PILOT bid for help.

And while her older sister wants to be sure that Viviana’s killer is punished, Stella also has been looking for ways to help others who have suffered the way she and her family have (SEE: Slip-up leaves slain woman’s sister still seeking answers).
The new group “is one of my tributes to Vivi,” she said.
Molinelli said the Bergen County-based self-help North Jersey Chapter of the POMC “is designed solely to offer emotional support and information about surviving the loss of a loved one to violence.” It is open to those interested from Bergen, Passaic, Morris, and Hudson counties.

Molinelli said. The lifeless body of 21-year-old Viviana Tulli of Saddle Brook was found in the car driven by David Goodell, 30, of Clifton (formerly of Ridgefield Park) after the crash, he said.
