Smoking Fan Forces Wood-Ridge High School Evacuation

WOOD-RIDGE, N.J. -- A smoking fan motor forced the evacuation of Wood-Ridge High School late Tuesday morning, responders said.

The smoke was caused by a "burned-out fan motor in a hood in the science lab," borough firefighters said.

A PSE&G crew also responded.
