Garcia ran to the bathroom to get ready after his wife woke him at 1:45 a.m. Friday. He came out moments later to find her leaning against a wall.

"He's coming right now!" she shouted.

"What?!" an anxious Garcia shouted. "Don't do this to me!"

"His head is coming out!" his wife yelled.

Garcia dialed 911.Moments later, a trio of Ridgefield Park police officers needed only a minute to complete a special delivery there in the home -- all six pounds, 13 ounces and 19 inches of him -- "the same measurements as when I was born," Garcia said. "What are the chances of that?"

Lyon Judah -- a name of royalty regarded as a reference to Jesus among Christians -- is Garcia's first child. Peralta also has another.

The couple invited Officers Brad Gilmoure and Kenneth Knebl and Sgt. Justin Tress back to show their appreciation with a plaque they had made (see video above).

"I'm so grateful," Garcia said. "The Lord blessed me with an amazing wife and stepson that I love and care for as my own -- to now my very own son.

"Everybody's great," he told Daily Voice Wednesday morning. "We're blessed....It was definitely a miracle."
