Fairview police said Malcom Cruzado, 37, had several cans of spray paint with him when they rolled up.

He later admitted to it, saying that he “had an ongoing issue with the owner,” Detective Capt. Martin Kahn said.

Cruzado, of Fulton Avenue and 90th Street, was charged with criminal mischief and released on 10 percent of his $2,500 bail, pending an appearance tomorrow afternoon in Fairview Municipal Court.
