Responding Sgt. James McNeice and Officer Victor Migliorino found the unresponsive woman on the ground in the parking lot of 100 Hollister Road in Teterboro just after 11:30 a.m. Aug. 3, Detective Anthony Fugnitti said.

They "administered one dose of Narcan to the victim, who woke up briefly and went unconscious again," he said. "A second dose was administered by the officers and she became semiconscious.'

The Moonachie First Aid and Rescue Squad took her to Hackensack University Medical Center.
