Moonachie police, prosecutor’s detectives make drug dealing bust

YOU READ IT HERE FIRST: A joint investigation by the Bergen County Narcotics Task Force and Moonachie police led to the arrest of a borough man accused of dealing out of his house.

Daniel McPeak was released without bail pending a Municipal Court hearing on charges of drug possession and distribution.

“The arrest came after a lengthy investigation by both agencies,” Chief Michael J. Maguire told CLIFFVIEW PILOT.

Officers executed a search warrant at McPeak’s Jackson Place home after watching various people going in and out.

McPeak has done state prison time for drug possession and shoplifting, records show. His rap sheet also includes probation violations.
