Thomas V. Wall remained held in the Bergen County Jail on Wednesday pending a bail hearing. He’s charged with failing to register under Megan’s Law.
Acting on a tip, Detective Sgt. Anthony Fugnitti learned that Wall had been living at a residence on East Fifth Street, Behrens said.
He previously registered with the Hackensack Police Department when he was living there, the chief said.
Fugnitti and Detective Michael Rose arrested Wall at his job, he said.
