Police who responded to a call outside the Scott Court complex just before 1 a.m. on Saturday found 40-year-old Thomas Caraccio near his Nissan and two parked cars that had been side-swiped, a report says.
After failing a field sobriety exam, he was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and taken to headquarters, where he failed a breath test, as well, the Ridgefield Park police report says.
Police charged Caraccio with DWI and issued him a careless driving summons, it says.
