By the time the nearly three days of actions was done, Moonachie police had made their 61st Teterboro arrest of the year -- compared with 45 all of last year.

It began with a call from Walmart of a possibly drunk woman getting into a car and driving off, Detective Sgt. Anthony Fugnitti told Daily Voice on Monday.

Sgt. Jeffery Napolitano spotted the car "weaving in the lane on Route 46 east by Teterboro Airport and stopped it," Fugnitti said.

Jennifer Rohlfs, 42, of Hackensack was charged with DWI after failing a field sobriety test, he said.

Officers John Bussanich and Christopher Inserra, responding to a call of a shoplifter at Costco, arrested 22-year-old April Ann Nascarella of Mahwah after finding two pair of headphones worth nearly $200 concealed in her purse, Fugnitti said.

Officers Andrew Finch and Scott Lemongello picked up two accused shoplifters -- identified as Gregory Latino, 30, of Lyndhurst and 26-year-old Omar Younes of Carlstadt -- after they tried to duck out of the Walmert with more than $200 worth of stolen snacks, candy and cereal, the sergeant said.

Napolitano was back at the Walmart, along with Officer Vito DeTrizio, on a report of a fight and arrested Connor Williams, 20, of Bergenfield after Fugnitti said he punched a 25-year-old Dumont man in the head.

Hasbrouck Heights Fire & Rescue took the victim to Hackensack University Medical Center to be treated for a cut on his head, the sergeant said. Williams, meanwhile, was charged with simple assault.
