RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. — Maria "Mattea" Piccini, (nee Tarabocchia), 93, of Ridgefield Park, died Tuesday, July 19, 2016.
She was the wife of the late Natale Piccini (1974); mother of Mary Piccinich and her husband Dominic, Josie DiLena and her late husband Nicholas and Robert Piccini; sister of Antonia Hroncich and Alberta Volaric; grandmother of Steve Piccinich, Chris Piccinich and his wife Kyra, Nicole DiLena and Carly Lalloo and her husband RJ; and great-grandmother of Brianna, Anthony, Lena Maye Piccinich and Lucy Lalloo. She also is survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
There will be a funeral at 9:45 a.m. Friday at McCorry Brothers, 780 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park followed by a 10:30 a.m. funeral Mass at St. Francis of Assisi R.C. Church, 114 Mt. Vernon St., Ridgefield Park. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. Visiting hours are from 5-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
