HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- John T. Amorosi, of Hasbrouck Heights, died on Wednesday, Dec. 21. He was 89.
He was born in Jersey City to the late Louis and Adele Amorosi. He received his Bachelors Degree from Spring Hill College in Alabama and his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He was an Army veteran of WWII and was a First Lieutenant during the Korean War. Before retiring, he was an attorney for Robert Casulli Attorney-At-Law in Cranford.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Palladino) Amorosi; children, John M. Amorosi and Tom Amorosi; and siblings, Louis Amorosi and the late Anthony.
Visitation will be on Monday, Dec. 26 from 3-7 p.m. at Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave., Hasbrouck Heights. Funeral service at Costa's on Tuesday, Dec. 27 at 9:15 a.m. Funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. at Church of the Assumption of Our Blessed Lady, Wood-Ridge. Interment following at Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Pl. Memphis, TN. 38105 would be appreciated.
