RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J. -- Anne Pellino, 89, of Ridgefield Park, N.J., died Sept. 18.
She was born June 14, 1926, and spent her early years growing up with her three sisters in New York City.
She attended City College and married Frank Sept. 12, 1948.
The young couple first settled in Woodside, Queens, N.Y. In 1954, they moved to Ridgefield Park, where they raised their three children, and where she resided for the remainder of her life.
She was a member of the women’s American Legion Post 221 Auxiliary, the Ridgefield Senior Citizens Center, Ridgefield Democratic Club, and the American Realtor’s Association.
She was a successful Realtor for 20 years in northeast Bergen County.
She was predeceased by her husband and sister, Phyllis.
She is survived by her sisters Mary Maranzana of Gainesville, Fla. and Lucy Hodder of Hallandale Fla, son Steve Pellino, former daughter-in-law Lori, son Chris Pellino; and wife Susan and daughter Lori Habersaat and husband Frederick; and grandchildren Frank, Katrina, Christine and Stephanie, and great-grandson Jason.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to “Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation” for childhood cancer.
