TETERBORO, N.J. – Actress Jennifer Lawrence was on a flight to Teterboro Airport Saturday, when the private plane she was on was forced to make an emergency landing, according to multiple media reports.
Lawrence – who won an Academy Award for her performance in Silver Linings Playbook – was one of two passengers and a pair of crew members on board the flight from Louisville, Kentucky when both engines failed, according to NJ.com.
The first engine had trouble, forcing the flight to detour Buffalo Niagara International Airport, then on the decent, the second engine failed, according to the report.
