Ex-North Penn Bus Aide Pleads Guilty To Choking Special Needs Student A former school bus aide with North Penn School District pleaded guilty to choking a 6-year-old special needs student, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice. MacArthur Wilson, 72, of Lansdale, is free on bail and awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to Strangulation and Endangering the Welfare of Children on Wednesday, Oct. 16, updated court documents state.  A sentencing date was not listed in court records at press time.
