Pedestrian Struck, Killed In Route 9 Jersey Shore Crash (Developing) A pedestrian purportedly was struck and killed in a crash along Route 9, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. The crash was reported about 2:15 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 28 near 180 Route 9 in Englishtown, initial reports said.
