Kelsey Grammer Named Grand Marshal Of 2024 Atlantic City St. Patrick's Day Parade Actor Kelsey Grammer will be heading down the boardwalk when he helps lead this year's Atlantic City St. Patrick's Day Parade. The organizers announced on Sunday, Jan. 28 that the man known to many as Dr. Frasier Crane will be a grand marshal for this year's parade. Grammer also was the grand marshal of the city's Winter Wonderland Parade on Saturday, Dec. 2.
