Filipino Fast Food Joint Replacing Edison Roy Rogers
Jollibee, a fast-food chain based in the Philippines, is coming to Edison soon. An official opening date has not been announced, but the Asian-inspired eatery will be located at 760 Route 1 North and replace a shuttered Roy Rogers, according to a report by ROI-NJ. Jollibee signs have been installed at the location, and a drive-thru will be part of the new restaurant. There are 37 Jollibee restaurants in the United States and about 1,300 worldwide.
