Marine units from Perth Amboy, Woodbridge, and the New Jersey State Police responded to the bridge that brings Route 35 over the Raritan River around 3:30 p.m., Sayreville Police Lt. James Novak said. They found the jumper — alive — and brought them to Raritan Bay Hospital in Perth Amboy.
