Alexander Goldinsky was 57 and working as a subcontractor when he was caught on surveillance footage dropping ice on the floor of a Woodbridge cafeteria and lying on top of it in an attempt to collect fraudulent insurance money, authorities said. Middletown Police Officer Admits Lying About On-Duty Crash A 33-year-old former Middletown police officer admitted to falsifying the report on an on-duty crash in his police car, authorities said. Thomas E. Foster was assigned to a road repair project on Cedar Avenue in Middletown July 3, when he crashed into a telephone pole while reversing out of a parking spot, near his home, a few blocks away from the road work, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J.
