Atlantic City Suspect Arrested With Cocaine, Loaded Handgun: Police Two men from Atlantic City were arrested after being caught with a loaded handgun and cocaine, authorities said. On Tuesday, April 19,  at 11:11 p.m., Atlantic City police responded to the 1600 block of Wabash Avenue in reference to a ShotSpotter alert.  Officer Joseph Kelly Jr. arrived in the area and observed two individuals, Quamir Beltran and Oquan Thomas, rapidly walking westbound from the immediate vicinity of the ShotSpotter notification, police said.
