Jersey Shore Man Charged With Bias Intimidation After Puncturing Tires At 7-Eleven: Prosecutor A 33-year-old Brick Township man has been charged with bias intimidation after an incident at a 7-Eeven store, authorities said. Ryan McDonald also was charged with criminal mischief and weapons offenses on Tuesday, Oct. 24, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
